Idle No More Central Oklahoma recognizes that positive change begins with educating ourselves on important issues. Join us for an educational symposium, Native Voices at Rose State College on Saturday, May 3rd from 9:30a-3:30p.

"Removing Obstacles to Higher Education" -Dr. Matt DeSpain/Robin Goodiron/Bob Davis/Russ Tall Chief

"Mass Incarceration and Native People" -Peggy Big Eagle/Mark Faulk/Brittney Guest

"The Importance of the Indian Child Welfare Act" -Dr. Nicky Michael

We will also talk about the importance of voting and how to get registered. Lunch will be provided and a hand game will follow the symposium.
