The upper people in charge of Idle No More have decided to move away from this open forum type of website and turn to more of a news posting type of website. This website will change to www.aboriginality.ca when this happens. News posting will be open and members will be able to create their own blogs.
What else would you like to see in this new site?

:) Hi Kianwe, maybe the upper people in charge you speak of might participate a little more in the new type forum, I like the new name it's cool and original, good luck to all involved.

yay :cheer: , very interesting concept... I guess I'm in the mood for sharing, but would it be too difficult to incorporate an "artists tool-kit pallette", idk, maybe built around themes, like different aspects of nature? It could be as simple as elemental building-blocks, or as complex as galleries... just my2cw :)

I am somewhat disappointed by the change. Feels like defeat in a way. Also, at least to me, a non-aboriginal, it kind of narrows the perception of the idle no more movement. There are many issues that just have to do with being ruled by irresponsible leadership. Don't get me wrong. Aboriginal issues are very important. Also, as a suggestion for the new site.... Some kind of central event registry would be great. I was involved with and followed the March Against Monsanto and I think it was www.march-against-monsanto.org that had a google documents spreadsheet with a map of 428 events in 52 countries in one day. Pretty impressive.
well, Good luck!
