This is a pdf copy of the "White Paper of 1969" which is the fight we are currently invested in.  The current suite of legislation affecting First Nation, Metis and Inuit are parallelling this document quite closely.  The paper calls for a "Just Society" with equality for everyone by eliminating the Indian Act and Treaties.

This is a copy of Citizen's Plus written for the Indian Association of Alberta by Dr. Harold Cardinal.  Informally it is called, "The Red Paper" which was a response to the "White Paper" of 1969.  Later he wrote and published "The Unjust Society"
